Returns & Exchanges

GREG ROSS offers a 14-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that limited edition releases and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Approval & Labeling

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed before attaching the prepaid shipping label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
